It’s easy… Just cover your hair with a shower cap, stand in your (dry) shower and spray your (dry) body. That’s it, and you will have a nice, natural looking tan, instantly. We do suggest standing in the shower so that the over-spray does not get onto your bathroom floor… Then just wipe the bottoms of your feet and hands with a wet washcloth to remove any tan residue… This happens to be one of Starbodies all-time favorites.
