Water : If water is not supplied, your body retains water.
 
Carbohydrates: If carbohydrates are not supplied (as in low carb diets), your body breaks down fat for energy.
   
Protein: If protein is not supplied, your body breaks down your lean muscle tissue into amino acids, to be supplied for the building and repairing of body tissues.
   
Fat : If fat is not supplied, your body does not release body fat.
If good fats aren’t coming in, bad fats aren’t going out.
