Training
Many
professions study a little bit of everything, but in my opinion, bodybuilders are the true scientists when
it comes to experimenting with weight
gain/loss, muscle gain/loss and
body fat gain/loss. They live it each and everyday. They
are always experimenting on themselves to see what works.
They
train with heavy weights, low weights, high reps, low reps,
etc. to see what works to achieve the best results.
They
train with endurance cardiovascular exercises (30 long minutes
on the treadmill) or with short interval cardiovascular training
(10 high & low minutes on treadmill), to see which one maximizes
their body fat losses.
They
also experiment with which foods will help them gain lean muscle
mass and which foods will make them gain more body fat.
They’ve
done the guesswork for the rest of us. They live and breathe
it everyday!
